Belinda's hospitality at the hotel exceeded all of my high expectations, especially in her good attitude towards my elderly parents. the ironing facilities were also a welcomed surprise, as we were able to quickly freshen up our clothes before heading out for the day. the heating in the room was excellent, keeping us warm and cozy even on the chilliest of nights. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and convenient, allowing us to relax in the comfortable sitting area with a hot drink in hand. the terrace outside our room was a delightful spot to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and the garden furniture added a touch of luxury to our experience. Overall, the attention to detail and thoughtfulness in providing these amenities truly made our stay exceptional.
